How does the solution work |
- Upon a call by a client, the gatekeeper or gateway sends an authentication request to the billing system
- The billing system performs a fast client authentication by one of the following methods: (1).ID and PIN, (2).ANI, (3).VPN ID, or (4).Gateway IP address
- If such a client exists, the call is allowed and the gatekeeper routes the call to the terminating Gateway
- EyeBill bills the client in real time, according to the predefined service configurations
- The billing system keeps track of call details in real time and information is stored in the billing database for future reference by the users
- The system users can retrieve data from the database and make reports for the purposes of marketing, management, service quality monitoring etc.
